New Year - 2011

     Every new year starts with a new diary, a few resolutions and a few dreams. A new diary is fine, as I left my diary writing long ago. Thanks to FB, Buzz, twitter and blogs, Ah! I am obsessed. I love reading, books and reading books! That's what makes me think, even when I don't feel to do so.
     Old Habits - What were mine a while ago? I wrote poems, read life stories etc etc., What were yours? Rethink to resurrect them, if they're worthy. I want to resurrect few of them. But, new resolutions are something special. Isn't it? So, here are my new resolutions for this new year. I hope that I will keep the deviation as low as possible :)

1. Become a good Hacker.
2. Complete reading 12 books. (independent of categories)
3. Learn and code at least two new programming languages.
4. Solve problems in Euler, karrels, SPOJ and Eureka
5. Help/Donate others.

      There are five resolutions. They are not mere resolutions, but objectives chosen by me to better myself. If you can't measure it, you can't improve it. The resolutions stated above are measurable by all means.

       1. Good Hacker - (It'll take a bit deep measure)

•   Do more in Unix way!!!!!
•   Contribute. (Write and distribute free working code)
•   Gather and maintain technical materials publicly. (FAQs, articles, papers and code chunks)

       (Disclaimer: This is how I measure a good hacker)   
      2. Reading 12 books is quite measurable.
      3. Learn them without IDE. (Forget CTRL+Space)
      4. I shall solve a definite number :)
     
       Decided to track them often and I am eager to see how far I can scale myself in the coming year!

Hi All

This is my first post in Blogger and my fifth blog. My first two bytes would be "Hi All". I wish to introduce myself, but I would rather do that in a different page. Hell a lot of build up, yet my writing skill is to take a chance. I have a horrible handwriting, but never mind that in the web. I don't promise you a literary work or an extra of any ordinary thing. But I am glad If you think mine is a worthwhile blog and I will be thankful to all of you who will spend a fraction of their lifetime in reading my blog and commenting on my posts. Buzz!!!!!!!!
